LearnCN offers a digital content subscription. This policy explains how we handle refund requests.
If you accidentally subscribed or had a technical issue
Contact us within 7 days of your purchase. We will review your case and help where we can (e.g. duplicate charge, failed access).
Partially used subscription periods
We generally do not offer refunds for subscription time you have already used. We may review requests on a case-by-case basis.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@learncn.io with the email address used for the order and a short reason. We will respond and, when applicable, process refunds within 3–5 business days.
